The poems are divided into three sections-Struggle, Transformation and Dance. Life and growth are not linear, so at different times we are living different aspects of the journey. Through struggle and transformative experiences, we grow and move toward a goal of interior and exterior freedom which I call Dance. After each poem there is a prompt or two for your own writing, drawing or doodling. There is an affirmation with each poem to carry through the day and nurture your personal growth.
