Le Comite d'organisation des Congres internationaux d'anthropologie et d'archeologie prehistorique, et de zoologie, reunis a Moscou en 1892, remet a la Societe Imperiale des amis des sciences naturelles la somme de 3500 roubles argent, pour constituer un capital perpetuel en souvenir de ces deux Congres internationaux et de l'auguste bienveillance qui leur a ete accordee par S. M. l'Empereur Alexandre III. Article 2. Les interets de ce capital seront affectes a la creation d'un prix en l'honneur de S. M. l'Empereur Alexandre III. Ce prix sera attribue alternativement au Congres d'anthropologie et d'archeologie prehistorique et au Congres de zoologie. Article 3. La quotite du prix est egale au revenu du capital pendant deux ans. Au cas ou il s'ecoulerait plus de deux annees entre deux Congres consecutiss, les interets des annees supplementaires resteraient a la disposition de la Societe des amis des sciences naturelles de Moscou, qui les consacrerait a des prix decernes dans sa seance annuelle du 15 octobre.
