Book Description
The Mystery of Eternal sounds is more than just a book, but a response to the cry and demand of heaven for this season and beyond. It is the fulfillment of prophet Joel's prophecy: that The army of the Lord shall arise out of every tribe, tongue and nation of the earth to sound an alarm upon His Holy mountain. This is the generation of worshipers that shall release a cataclysmic earth quaking sound of revival. An emergence of prophetic psalmist and seasoned minstrels whose songs and sounds have become an eternal high way for God to pass through and wrath a move the earth has never experienced. The last one minute is past, the next second is too far- now is the time where true worshipers shall worship him in spirit and in truth.

Church of God? or the Temples of Satan

Church of God? or the Temples of Satan PDF Author: Robert A. Anderson
Publisher: TGS Publishers
ISBN: 0978624963
Category :
Languages : en
Pages : 130

Book Description
Here is a truly outstanding book about religious Gnosis, called the "Church of God? or The Temples of Satan." It criticises world religions for their lack of Spiritual Knowledge and perception, and blames them for the Spiritual ignorance, intolerance, and hatred which, it claims, is the root of worldwide terrorism. The book also accuses all religions of being nothing more than "temples of Satanism" and ignorance. As far as Christianity is concerned, the author builds a strong case indicating that its orthodox doctrines did not originate from Jesus, but from St. Paul; and that Paul?s behaviour demonstrated many symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia and narcissism. These observations are supported by detailed study and quotations from various sources. Early Christian scribes and theologians are also accused of editing, corrupting, mistranslating, misinterpreting, and even destroying many of the ancient texts. Other world religions are also categorized in a similar way. None, according to the author, represent the genuine teachings and revelations of their historic Master(s) or Prophet(s). Clear and persuasive evidence also indicates that Jesus was not the first and only Messiah, but simply one in a long succession of such "god-men." The book is not anti-God, far from it! Indeed, the author claims to have experienced Divine revelations himself. He explains his own Spiritual experiences of meditation in great detail, and describes how they differ from what St. Paul claims to have experienced. In fact, the central theme of the book explains how every seeker of Truth may actually achieve, here and now, true Enlightenment and Gnosis - the very purpose of life. The book also provides evidence that so-called Christianity actually teaches in opposition to Jesus. For instead of revealing personal Gnosis and Experience (or Vision) of God here and now (as, it claims, Jesus did), religions only offer theories and speculation ? a variety of erroneous theological beliefs, empty promises, futile exoteric rites and rituals, and false hopes for the future ? nothing more than blind faith in words and hollow repetitious prayer. It will be interesting to see what the world?s religious organisations will have to say. How they will answer the many questions, facts, and observations put forward. The author says he expects that they will simply sweep it under the table as they usually do when confronted with difficult questions.

Music and Sound in the Worlds of Michel Gondry

Music and Sound in the Worlds of Michel Gondry PDF Author: Kate McQuiston
Publisher: Routledge
ISBN: 1000244563
Category : Music
Languages : en
Pages : 160

Book Description
Michel Gondry’s directorial work buzzes with playfulness and invention: in a body of work that includes feature films such as Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and The Science of Sleep, to music videos, commercials, television episodes, and documentaries, he has experimented with blending animation and live action, complex narrative structures, and philosophical subject matter. Central to that experimentation is Gondry’s use of music and sound, which this book addresses in a new detailed study. Kate McQuiston examines the hybrid nature of Gondry’s work, his process of collaboration, how he uses sound and music to create a highly stylized reinforcement of often-elusive subjects such as psychology, dreams, the loss of memory, and the fraught relationship between humans and the environment. This concise volume provides new insight into Gondry’s richly creative multimedia productions, and their distinctive use of the soundtrack.

The Mystery of Musical Creativity

The Mystery of Musical Creativity PDF Author: Hermann Beckh
Publisher: Temple Lodge Publishing
ISBN: 1912230380
Category : Music
Languages : en
Pages : 190

Book Description
‘Beckh ventures into provinces that I have not had the opportunity of investigating myself…’ – Rudolf Steiner Lost for decades, the manuscript of Hermann Beckh’s final lectures on the subject of music present fundamentally new insights into its cosmic origins. Beckh characterises the qualities of musical development, examines select musical works (that represent for him the peak of human ingenuity), and throws new light on the nature and source of human creativity and inspiration. Published here for the first time, the lectures demonstrate a distinctive approach founded on the raw material of musical perception. Beckh discusses the whistling wind, the billowing wave, the song of the birds and particularly the theme of longing. Never losing the ground from under his feet, he penetrates perennial themes: from the yearning for real spontaneity and the ‘Mystery background’ uniting heaven and earth, to spiritual knowledge that can meet the demands of the twenty-first century. Out of the cosmic context, Beckh writes to the individual situation. From there, he seeks again the re-won cosmic context. He does not write as a musical specialist and then turn to universal human concerns; rather, Beckh writes from universal human concerns and reveals music as of special concern to everyone. In addition to the transcripts of fifteen lectures, this book contains a valuable introduction and editorial footnotes. It also features appendices including Beckh’s essay ‘The Mystery of the Night in Wagner and Novalis’; reminiscences of Beckh by August Pauli and Harro Rückner; Donald Francis Tovey’s ‘Wagnerian harmony and the evolution of the Tristan-chord’, and several contemporaneous reviews of Beckh’s published works.
