Once I started writing, I became addicted and consumed, I couldn’t stop. It was almost like I needed to see where I came from and where it was taking me.

They say when you have a near-death experience, your life flashes before you. Writing your own life story is a much more civilized way to get what I assume is the same experience. It is a fascinating journey revisiting one’s own life. Our memories are stored in the mind as little pockets of isolated information. Writing this book has allowed me to consolidate the memories into a logical and chronological order.
