By the War Department - Signal Corps Division. Applications for these volumes should be made to the Senator or Member of Congress from the locality in which the library is situated. The Free Library of Philadelphia invites suggestions as to volumes not included in this list which other libraries think should be added. If this Bulletin shall prove of value, it is proposed to print, at yearly intervals, a few additional pages embodying volumes so suggested, as well as such volumes rs sued after the publication of this list, as fall within its scope.
