A second section, titled "Chinese-Manchu Concordance", allows to identify those works which are known or mentioned with their Chinese titles only. The third section, "Alphabetical List without Initial Formulas", facilitates the identification of Manchu works which are generally found with so-called initial formulas like "Han-i araha" etc. An introductory chapter discusses some issues of Manchu bibliography. The "What's Where" offers a preliminary but substantially complete and up-dated survey of Manchu and Sibe works on the basis of specific catalogues compiled on a worldwide level.
