Plataformas de intermediação, economia de compartilhamento, proteção de dados, aprimoramento do e-commerce, foram alguns dos temas que precisaram ser aprofundados e enfrentados pelos operadores do Direito, de modo a apresentar à sociedade de consumo diretrizes para o seu efetivo funcionamento.
