The design also includes the rehabilitation of Upland Disposal Site UDS 5-19. The Upland Disposal Site will be used to hold dredging from the proposed Onondaga Creek Inner Harbor project. The Inner Harbor area extends from the New York State Canal Corporation Barge Canal Terminal on Onondaga Creek to the deeper water depths of Onondaga Lake.
