To the Honorable the Judges of the said Court: 1. The names of the parties to this libel are Mart Doe, libellant, and John Doe, respondent. 2. The libellant and respondent were lawfully joined in marriage, on the 29th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen (1917), at New York City, in the State of New York, and from and after that time, they lived together and cohabited in the relation of husband and wife. 3.
